Limestone plateau of 1,000 km² which culminates at 1,060 m above sea level. The Levezou is a region of preserved nature, with a rich and varied fauna and flora. It is home to vultures, raptors, mouflons, wild boars and deer. The plateau also houses many picturesque villages, as well as historical monuments, such as the Segur Castle.
