A former vacation hotel with a garden on the banks of the Allier, L'Etoile is located in La Bastide-Puylaurent, between Lozere, Ardeche, and the Cevennes, in the mountains of southern France.
Ideal for a relaxing stay; large dining room with fireplace, healthy and hearty meals served at the guest table. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Specialities of Belgian beers and homemade bread. Conference or workshop room. Terrace, balcony, veranda, garden & private parking. Numerous walking and cycling itineraries.
Dinner is served at 7:30 pm at the guest table. It consists of soup, raw vegetables, a main dish, local cheeses, and dessert. Dinner is accompanied by spring water and homemade bread, with a verbena infusion or coffee.
Breakfast is served from 7:30 am to 10:00 am. It consists of orange juice, local apple juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, homemade bread, local cheeses, blueberry, raspberry, fig, and apricot jams, butter, local honey, fromage blanc and cereals.
You can enjoy good Belgian beers, a glass of white wine, local apple juice, or a homemade exotic punch in the garden by the Allier.
